There is no cut off time

Minimum Age:

The minimum age allowed for participating in BAH kids events is 3

Timing System:

The BAH kids Triathlon will be timed using the ChampionChip Timing System with 3 splits.

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup is RACE DAY ONLY AT Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics from 3:30pm to 5:30pm

NOTE:
A parent or guardian must be present for packet pick up and all forms filled out to race in the BAH kids triathlon race series 2010

USA Triathlon requires that all USAT annual members must show their USAT membership card at packet pick-up.
Any USAT annual member who does not present his/her valid membership card at packet pick-up, will be required to pay the USAT one-day fee of $5.00

Race Day Procedures

Arrive at Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics in plenty of time to set up bikes in transition in the Huntersville Park across the street, pick up your packet and investigate the race course and area.  Staff and volunteers will be on hand to address questions and assist you in the set up.

Equipment
- Approved CPSC/ANSI/SNELL bike helmet must be worn.
- All bikes must have handlebar plugs or grips that cover the ends of the handlebar (Tape is not acceptable).
- Swim cap that is provided must be worn during the swim.

Policies and Refunds

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for any reason

Event entries are not transferable between persons, events or years.
NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy.
By registering for this event you agree to these refund terms.

WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement the following procedures will be followed:

1. The event will be postponed until 6:30pm in hopes the inclement weather will pass.
2. If inclement weather does not pass by 6:30pm, the event may be changed to a swim run format
3. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather a credit will be issued for all registered participants into the next BAH kids triathlon race series event. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.
